About Artist Liu Xiaodong:
Mr.Liu Xiaodong, was born in 1963 in Liaoning province, and began to study painting in Central Academy of Fine Arts since 1980, In 1988 Liu Xiaodong graduated in the oil painting department at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, then stayed in the affiliate school and acted as a teacher till now.
Liu Xiaodong had ever taken part in “1988 Mou Su Exhibition”, “1989 Chinese Modern Art Show”, “Memorize the centenary of Van Gogh’s Death Art Show (1990)” and so on.
In May 1995, Liu Xiaodong held his first individual art show, and his oil painting work “Yawning Man Model” finished in his school days won the first prize of students works in 1987.
Liu Xiaodong is one of representatives of the”new generation”, who is a powerful character that prominent in the early 90s of the 20th century, and is a representative of groups featured with unique style in Beijing area…With his realistic techniques of expression, Liu Xiaodong has become a representative man who on behalf of a new generation of artists.
Compared with artists who favorite with concept, behaviors and installation, Liu Xiaodong is indeed belongs to a realistic group, he loved to express things and people that existed in the real-life. With these familiar things and people, Liu Xiaodong expressed his feelings and experience on the life.
Liu Xiaodong is a very easy-going man, he likes “family trees of human” and things like this, when he depicted people who are sitting, standing, holding or alienating and taken in embarrassment, under his paint brush it showing his vague awareness of the world. Indeed, human are always pass down and take the evolution based on a clear family tree, while the life exist in a relation that not so clear.
Liu Xiaodong observed the world with such a mentality: his oil painting is a reflection of his inner world, as well as an important window to understand him, through the expressions of his own experience of life, Liu Xiaodong has formed his unique “realism” style, that is, characteristics of the so-called “new generation”.

About Artist Sun Weimin:
Mr. Sun Weimin, was born in 1946 in Heilongjiang province, in 1967 he graduated from the affiliated school of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and then stayed in the school to act as a teacher. In 1984 Sun Weimin was admitted to enter the Central Academy of Fine Arts and studied in the master class at the oil painting department. In 1987 Sun Weimin graduated as a post-graduate and stayed in the school to act as a teacher, later was employed as vice-president of Central Academy of Fine Arts.
Now Sun Weimin is acted as professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, director of The First Studio at the Oil Painting Department, as well as vice-chairman of Beijing Artists Association, director of Beijing Committee of Oil Painting Art, managing director of China Institute of Oil Painting, commissary of Oil Painting Committee at China Artists Association.

About Artist Feng Fasi:
Feng Fasi, alias “Luo Feng”, was born in 1914, comes from Lujiang city, Anhui province. Now he is member of Chinese Artists Association, consultant of China Oil Painting Academy, honorary president of Xu Beihong Seminar of International Art, chief advisor of Xu Beihong Art Institute.
In 1933 Feng Fasi was admitted to enter the Art Department of Education Institute at Nanjing Central University, and study painting art with Masters Xu Beihong, Yan Wenliang, Lv sibai and Pan Liangyu and so on.
In 1937 Feng Fasi was graduated from the Central University and got a bachelor degree, at that time the anti-Japanese war broke out, Feng Fasi took part in the Chinese Worker’s and Peasants’ Red Army ?later was adapted into the Eight Route Army?, he had been to Yan’An, the holy land of the revolution, later he transferred to Wuchang Sichuan College of Art in Jiangjin county Sichuan province and acted a teacher.
In 1940 Feng Fasi attended in histrionic team of anti-enemy, and began to engaged in oil painting creation work, Among the term of the War of Resistance, Feng Fasi had held his individual exhibitions of oil painting for six times, his patriotism works had received praises of people of all ranks.
In 1942 Feng Fasi was employed as a vice-researcher at China Academy of Fine Arts
In 1943 Feng Fasi was employed as a vice-professor of National Academy ofSocial Education

About Artist Zhou Dazheng:
Zhou Dazheng, was born in 1941, and come from Sha city Hubei province.
Now Zhou Dazheng is acted as a professor as well as a post-graduate tutor of Fine Arts Academy at Northwest Nationalities University; member of China Artists Association, director of Gansu Artists Association, vice-chairman of Gansu provincial Association of Oil Painting, director of Gansu Research Association of Comic Strips, director of Gansu Committee of Watercolor & Gouache Arts.
Art Career:
In 1956 Zhou Dazheng was admitted to enter the attached high school of East China Branch of Center Fine Arts Academy, then entered into the oil painting department at Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts with an excellent studying record, and studied painting under teaching of Mr. Jin Shanshi and Mr. Wang Chengyi, after nine years of study in straitened circumstances, Zhou Dazheng owned stable basic skill of painting.
In 1965 after graduation Zhou Dazheng was allocated to the Northwest area of China, and worked in a Exhibition Museum at Ganshu Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region..
In 1978 Zhou Dazheng was transferred to the Art Department at Northwest Nationalities Academy and acted as a teacher till now.
Art Appreciation:
For several decades Zhou Dazheng plowing and weeding diligently in the art garden, he contributed himself to the creation, teaching and research of fine arts, dozens of his oil painting works such as “Hacking Mountains and Leading Water”, “Summer River Scenery” and so on were admitted to participate in domestic and international exhibitions of fine arts, his nineteen oil painting works such as “Hope”, “Clear Summer River Water“ and so on have won domestic or international awards, among which six artworks have been collected by domestic art museums, national culture museums, and Yellow River Exhibition Museums, the same time, dozens of oil painting works of Zhou Dazheng’s such as “Liu Jia Gorge”, “Ancient Water Mill” and so on have been collected by collectors from Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, U.S.A. and Japan. At the same time, Zhou Dazheng had hold his individual oil painting exhibitions for several time.
Professor Zhou Dazheng is reputed for his severe studying style, as well as his solemn, serious, diligent, hardworking working way, in 2004 Zhou Dazheng won “The first due Gansu Province High Grade Teaching & Famous Teacher, and his oil painting colors teaching class won the Excellent Gansu Province High Grade Teaching Class Prize. For many years, professor Zhou Dazheng has cultivated a great number of talents of Fine Arts Creation and Teaching, and have numerous pupils all around the world.
