Tian Kesheng was engaged in creating themed oil painting works in his early ages, as well as has created a large quantity of sketch oil paintings and living sketch works. In the later Cultural Revolution, Tian Kesheng began to create landscape oil paintings, such as the Long River series, the Springside series, the Southern Hunan series, Shenzhen series, Lotus Flower series, Europe series and so on.

The painting style of Tian Kesheng is evolved from realism to impressionistic and imagery, since 1995, he used a great quantity of abstract language in those concrete figures in his oil painting works, thus his painting become easily, freely, unrestrained and shocked, the bright-colored effect of oil paints has drew much of the viewers favorite .

About Artist Tian Kesheng:

Tian Kesheng, who was born in 1940 in Hebei province, and graduated from the oil painting department at Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1965, acted as the first grade national artist and professor. Now Tian Kesheng is employed in Shenzhen Art Studio,and the same time is acted as member of Chinese Artists Association, member of Shenzhen Showfolk League, chairman of Shenzhen Institute of Oil Painting, advisor of Shenzhen Artists Association.

Tian Kesheng had studies in Beijing Academy of Fine Arts in 50-60s last century for eight years, after graduation, he began to engage in long-term painting creation work, he had been employed as high-grade professional artist by PLA Air Force, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen Art Studio and so on.

With profound artistic techniques and wide living experience, Tian Kesheng kept on his concept of“Art should conformed to the time”and his persisting working spirit, he has gained rich and great art achievements in the past few decades. Tian Kesheng had won third-class merits for three times for his “outstanding achievement of creative work”, and 30 pieces of oil painting works were selected to attend national art shows, more than 800 pieces of artworks were been published on provincial publications, and more than 40 piece of artworks were selected to attend international art shows as well as be collected by professional specialized collectors.

In the oil painting ”Hoeing”, the artist emphasized on the relationship between light and shadow, but this emphasis target is quite different with the processing technique of light and shadow of impressionists, it contains some sort of conceptual freehand brushwork color. About Artist Zhu Chunlin:

Mr. Zhu Chunling was born in 1968 in Tong city Anhui province, China. In 1988 he was graduated at the Stage Fine Arts at Anhui Huangmei Opera School. In 1992 graduated at the first Studio at the oil painting department at Central Academy of Fine Arts; From 2000 to 2003, Zhu Chunlin studied painting at the first high-grade seminar of oil painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Now Zhu Chunlin is acted as a instructor at Beijing Institute of Art Design.

In November 1994, oil painting work “Portrait alongside the Stove” was been selected to participate the “XinZhu Trophy Excellent Chinese Oil Painting Works Exhibition” and won a Excellence Award.

About Artist Sun Weimin:

Mr. Sun Weimin, was born in 1946 in Heilongjiang province, in 1967 he graduated from the affiliated school of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and then stayed in the school to act as a teacher. In 1984 Sun Weimin was admitted to enter the Central Academy of Fine Arts and studied in the master class at the oil painting department. In 1987 Sun Weimin graduated as a post-graduate and stayed in the school to act as a teacher, later was employed as vice-president of Central Academy of Fine Arts.

Now Sun Weimin is acted as professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, director of The First Studio at the Oil Painting Department, as well as vice-chairman of Beijing Artists Association, director of Beijing Committee of Oil Painting Art, managing director of China Institute of Oil Painting, commissary of Oil Painting Committee at China Artists Association.
